"Dan's office has always been my favorite state farm location. Dan sets high standards for professionalism in his office and never disappoints. Today I worked with agent Matt Mitchell. "My agent, Dan Rosen, scheduled a call with me to review my home owners plan. He was being proactive to try and keep my property rate in line with what I’ve been paying since he knew the rates for Illinois were going up. By asking me question regarding my property we were able to keep them pretty much in line, without him reaching out to me, I would have received a significantly large home insurance bill.
